Shipping & Returns

Shipping 

We ship all over Australia and to selected international locations. For orders up to $80 we charge a flat rate of $10.00 and use Australia Post. All international orders are charges a flat rate of $25.00 and sent via Australia Post Economy Air. 

Orders are shipped within two business days of placing your order. Please note we do not ship on the weekend. Please take care when submitting your details at checkout as we are unable to and delivery details once your parcel has left. Delivery timeframes for your location can be found here. When your order has been fulfilled you will receive email confirmation from us along with your tracking number to allow you to monitor the progress of your parcel. All parcels sent will require signature upon delivery.

Missed Delivery

If no one was home at the time of delivery you should receive a missed delivery card which will advise you of the pick up location. If you are waiting on a delivery and have not received a card we recommend checking the Australia Post tracking site to find the updated status of your order. Pick up is the responsibility of the customer and identification may be needed in order to collect your item. If your order is not collected it may be returned to us and at which time we can reorganise delivery which may incur additional freight charges.

Returns 

Items bought online can be returned and received in our warehouse within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. To return an item please email us at info@bowerbirdjewels.com.au with your order number and details.

Returned items must be unworn and in original condition and be returned in the boxes they were sent in. Bowerbird Jewels does not offer free returns if you choose to return an item. It is the senders responsibility to safely send and pay any postage costs.

Once we have received and inspected the jewellery we will either refund or exchange the items within 5 days of receiving the item. We cannot be held liable for any parcels that do not arrive and we recommend using a tracked service for returned orders.

Due to hygienic reasons we do not offer returns or exchanges on earrings. Returns are not offered for 'change of mind' on sale items.

Return shipping costs and taxes are not covered for international purchases.
