HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we offer refunds or exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of placing your order. To initiate a return or exchange, email us at info@bowerbirdjewels.com.au with your order number and we will guide you through the process.
WHAT IS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings for hygiene reasons. Final sale items are not eligible for change of mind returns or exchanges. Please note that a postage charge applies for the redelivery of exchanged items.
HOW LONG DOES A REFUND OR EXCHANGE TAKE?
Once we receive your item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3 business days. You will receive email confirmation once this has been completed.
WHO COVERS THE COST OF RETURN POSTAGE?
Return postage is at the customer's cost. We recommend using a tracked service as we are unable to take responsibility for items lost in transit on their way back to us.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For international orders, return shipping costs and any applicable taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Bowerbird Jewels.
WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?
We photograph every item and its tracking label before it leaves us, so we take great care to make sure your order arrives exactly as it should. If something has gone wrong in transit or an incorrect item has been sent, please email us at info@bowerbirdjewels.com.au with your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement and cover the cost of return postage.
