HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING AND WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

All Australian orders are shipped with Australia Post. Orders up to $129 ship at a flat rate of $10.00. Free standard shipping on all orders over $129. Express shipping is available at a flat rate of $15.00 for orders up to $199. Free express shipping on all orders over $200.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

All orders are dispatched within 2 business days, Monday to Friday, though we aim to get your order out the same day or within 24 hours wherever possible. We do not ship on weekends. Please take care when entering your delivery details at checkout as we are unable to amend them once your order has left us. When your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS OR SAME DAY SHIPPING?

Yes, express shipping is available on all Australian orders. A flat rate of $15.00 applies to orders up to $199. Orders over $200 ship express for free. We do not currently offer same day shipping.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Standard delivery within Australia takes 3-5 business days. Express delivery takes 1-2 business days. Delivery timeframes for your location can be found at  Australia Post.

If no one is home at the time of delivery, Australia Post will leave a missed delivery card advising you of your nearest pickup location. We recommend checking the Australia Post tracking site using your tracking number if you are expecting a delivery and have not received a card. Pickup is the responsibility of the customer and identification may be required to collect your parcel. If an order is not collected and is returned to us, we will be in touch to arrange redelivery, which may incur additional freight charges.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently ship to New Zealand, Canada, and the United Kingdom via Australia Post Economy Air at a flat rate of $25.00. A signature is required upon delivery for all international orders. Please note we have temporarily suspended shipping to the United States due to ongoing tariff changes and will update this page as soon as that changes.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rate.
